Booking Agreement and Acknowledgement

  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Same-day move-ins are not honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • Guests are required to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operated for GoodNight Stay. Authentication includes verification of name, address, phone number, and photo ID. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay reserves the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • Bedrooms 1 and 5 include access to the backyard.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available on the property. The property has space for multiple vehicles.

Fees and Payments

  • Pool heat is $100/night and is available for the full duration of your stay. Pool heat is typically requested between October and April when nightly temperatures are cooler. Five (5) days' notice from check-in is required if you wish to add pool heat to your stay.
  • Air mattresses: 1 complimentary, $50 for 1 additional.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • GoodNight Stay provides starter amenities for kitchens and bathrooms:
    • Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
    • Each full bathroom receives: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
    • Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are provided.
    • Additional starter items cannot be provided after initial supply.
